About Dandelion Dreams

Who I am

I am a small town mom and grandma who believes that nature provides the answers to our wellness if we just understand how to use what she offers. My hand made candles and natural salves are carefully crafted for you with this in mind. I began this journey to help family and friends feel love and joy when lighting a soy candle. To feel they are using natures own remedies to promote wellness whether it is for a diaper rash, dry feet, chapped lips, or to prevent a sunburn. I offer products for the whole family for real life situations. I will continue to strive towards making sustainable natural products for all your family and friends to enjoy and utilize.

Can I order any of your fragrances in any of your container types?

Yes! You can choose between a decorative tin in either 8 oz., 4 oz., or 2 oz., or a classy white tin in either 8 oz, or 2 oz. The classic metal tin is only currently available in 8 oz. size.

The decorative tin colors and patterns will vary based on availability. Please email me your preferences and I will do my best to match your choice!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders through January 1st. 2025 within the United States. All salves and balms always ship free!

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order by contacting our customer service team. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

how long does shipping take?

Most orders will ship within 5-7 days unless it is a special order. Anything in stock will usually ship within 48 hours! Specialized orders may take a few additional days but I will communicate this to you and offer discounts. I will do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible!

Do your salves and balms really work?

In my opinion, ABSOLUTELY! I am not any kind of medical professional and can only tell you my personal experiences and show you my reviews. Nothing is FDA approved but I stand behind the belief that all our ailments can be helped through nature and knowledge. Try them for yourself and let me know what you think!

Shipping and Refund Policy

All Dandelion Dreams products are carefully hand crafted using the most sustainable and natural products. Shipping times may vary based upon your specific order. A custom made product may require a few additional days to ensure it is perfectly crafted just for you. I will always do my best to ensure your special order is made and shipped within 5 to 7 days and will inform you if any additional time is required. Discounts will be offered should additional time be needed to complete your order.

Refund policy:

Please reach out to me within 15 business days upon receiving your order should it arrive damaged. I will offer an exchange or refund of unused products. Please include a picture in your email so I can reach out to the shipping service. Once I receive the product back in its original packaging along with a Copy of the receipt, I will ensure you are refunded to the credit card used for the product cost.
